    Coinbase has denied the allegations, maintaining that it does not list, offer, or sell securities. The company insists that the digital assets available on its platform do not meet the legal definition of securities and has expressed confidence in its ability to defend against the remaining claims. Despite the ongoing legal battle, Coinbase has continued to operate as a leading cryptocurrency exchange in the United States.
